The client, a life coach, was ready to launch her startup: a self-help application that helps users reach their personal growth goals. She knew the application would mostly be used via mobile device, and that much of her marketing would be online. She needed a responsive website that would administer her algorithm-based questionnaire, and set customers up with an account that contained their customer information and account preferences, a dashboard and mechanism to track their progress, and a journal. It needed to function with an app for both iOS and Android. She needed help turning her vision into a concrete application, and the brand messaging that would attract the right audience, and explain something somewhat complex in simple enough terms that users would sign up for the trial membership.
